The Construction Rates Daywork App is a complete package for Daywork submission and costing. It allows users on site to create a record (or estimate of resources required for variations or quotes) and send resource data from their phone or tablet to their office instantly. It's super fast. It provides the fastest possible submission of resources used or required, saving you time and money, getting valuations in early and aiding speedier payment.
When the use of Daywork is mentioned on site, our App allows the site user to quickly send a Pre-Authorisation email to the office, this email provides a description and estimate of resource, a great early warning that can aid early approval and final agreement.
In addition the App date stamps start and finish photo's as proof of work and allows you to get your client to sign-off the record before you press send. This signature is also stamped with their name, date and associated record sheet number, for proof of agreement. Once you press send you are able to add other records, including addition photo's, Quality Plan records, Instructions, COI's, RFI's etc...
The recorded data is sent via email to your office, who can import the data into our Excel template (which can be purchased from our website). With a few clicks the record is fully loaded to allow for quick pricing and sending on to the client. The downloaded App is in 'Demo Mode' and is only fully function-able once you have entered the Activation Code, this code is provided via our Excel template. The Activation Code is required for activation of the App and the Excel template. For multi-user licences, more codes are provided within the Excel template, you select the required number of App users prior to purchasing the Excel template.
It's important to realise that this is not just for Daywork records, it's a handy tool which allows your site team to get estimates of resources back to the office quickly. You can then easily price the resources and create a quote or convert the value into a measured rate.
The App allows your site team to provide your office with the record or estimate of Labour, Materials, Plant/Access, together with Start & Finish photo's and the client's signature. Other information can be added prior to sending to the office too...
We have designed the App to allow records to be saved, saved as, loaded and edited. So you can be working on multiple records at any time. If you have created a record that involves working outside of normal working hours, you can save the record sheet as the next sequential number and edit it for valuing premium time (NPO).
Another benefit is, unlike other web based systems on the market, you hold all your own data, our system is a decentralised system. If our servers are not working, this App and your office are unaffected. This is not true in most other cases, where you have to logon to someone else's system and give them all your data and hope that they don't go pop or get hacked or sell or misuse your data; or a combination of all those things over their timeline. We feel that being decentralised is very important and this is often not understood and or it's overlooked by users as there are few alternatives.
